Our 53,000 square foot facility is equipped to meet your delivery schedule, operating around the clock production, five to six days a week. With 12 extrusion lines, we can manufacture extrusions for most applications, up to 10” wide and continuous length. We operate on a four to six week delivery schedule, but can usually accommodate shorter delivery times under special circumstances. Our experienced staff is highly trained in every aspect of the extrusion process and troubleshooting and will work with through every step in the production process to produce top-of-the-line, high-quality products.

Middlefield Plastics, Inc. uses only the finest in extrusion materials, including rigid and flexible PVC, CPVC, nylon, polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polybutyrate, polyurethane, ABS, Santoprene and PETG. Most materials can be FDA and UL approved. Custom coloring is also available.
