We have an experienced staff of 35 employees, with an average tenure of more than 25 years. We do not employ in-house sales representatives. Our growth is contributed to our customer relationships and referrals. Business is retained due to the excellent reputation we've built for ourselves in the custom extrusion manufacturing industry. Extrusion manufacturing has changed over the years with a greater awareness now of safer chemical compounds in products. We’ve masterminded the process of swapping and replacing certain materials while preserving strength, color and durability. We work with many reputable suppliers and we know how and when to buy materials, which is a key component to maintaining our competitive prices.
In fact, at Middlefield Plastics, we are extremely ethical and there’s never any price gouging. We will decline a project if it becomes cost prohibitive and exceeds a customer’s budget. Also, our tooling prices are budgeted to cover the tooling as well as the initial sample run, so that our customers gain confidence in their project’s result.
Customer satisfaction is obtained in many ways, and one of them is helping our customers through the design process. Our computer-generated images are extremely accurate and enable a true understanding of the final product.
